A day for learning more about handling difficult situations

- Are you involved in district or circuit groups that help others with issues around complaints and discipline or reconciliation?
Then this maybe an event for you!
The Methodist Church has partnered with ‘Place for Hope’ to provide a resource called GROWING THROUGH CONFLICT. It is designed to help people consider their ‘conflict style’ and how to respond in difficult or tense situations. It also explores how conflict escalates in a church context and begins to consider some tools to help de-escalate conflict. This day explores all this in an easy accessible way.
