Volunteer Sought

The role involves managing the lettings of our facilities at SPA - basically the two halls plus kitchen. We currently have 3 hirers, plus use of the large hall as a polling station. The lettings of our facilities provide an income critical to the Church.

Tasks include acting as a point of contact for enquiries and existing hirers; ensuring hirers complete the necessary paperwork including insurance and safeguarding requirements; managing keys; raising invoices as necessary; and liaising with the Treasurer.
